PLAN B + BIRTH CONTROL

How will I know that plan b has worked if I am on birth control. Because I know that when you take birth control is a withdrawal bleed and not a true period. Please help answer my question

If and when someone who used Emergency Contraception wants to make sure it did work, the only way to do ot is by taking a pregnancy test. :)
