How long does it take for BC to get out of your system?
Hello!
Well, just as the title said: How long does it take for Birth Control to filter out of your system? I'm not going to stop taking my pills anytime soon, I was just curious. If someone were to stop on their last pack, how many days would it take for a woman to be able to become pregnant again?
Thanks for the answer,
Have a nice day!

For someone who's been using the pill, it's possible for pregnancy to happen pretty much right away after stopping use, because the body just goes back to its usual cycle when you're not using the pill anymore. That's not necessarily going to happen for every single person, because people's bodies vary, but it's possible.

'Stopping use' doesn't count during the placebo week as you are still taking a pill and therfore protected against pregnancy, correct? It's only when you go through all a pack's pills and discontinue use?

Yes, you got it right. Stopping means when someone does NOT take the active pills anymore.
