What are the differences between your period and an implantation bleeding? Is it safe to say that you're not pregnant if you had your period and never had any risks again?

If the person who could be pregnant is worried, they could always take a pregnancy test to confirm. I'm going to ask that you do not ask us any more questions on this particular topic. I know it may feel like it's helping, but it's actually keeping you locked in an anxiety spiral.
