On your articles it says that manual sex where pre-ejaculation is on the fingers can't cause pregnancy but the NHS website says it can? Which is true?

We can't say why the NHS site says what it does. All we can say is that our information is based on the most up to date understandings of how pregnancy does (and does not) occur.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
