Anxiety and pregnancy scare

This is my first time writing on any kind of message board. I've already read that pregnancy scare questions won't be answered but I'm writing anyways. I'm 20 and I'm a virgin, but the past week's been a hell for me. My period isn't very regular to begin with and it's been missing for a week now but I've never done anything risky, yet I'm convinced I'm pregnant. I even started noticing the symptoms and I'm absolutely mortified. I can't seem to shake it off, it's making my daily life unbearable. Took a pregnancy test and it came negative, but it didn't calm me down. I'm scared of going to the gynecologist in case he/she tells me I'm pregnant, and I keep thinking what will I do when I find out. I don't have anyone I can talk to about this...
