Changing the whole of our site and its services to https is not something we have considered or discussed primarily because we simply do not have the resources to do so: it would be a tremendous undertaking for us.

As we do not collect the kind of information that makes using https most important, it certainly feels like something that can wait, which is not the case with other ways we use the help and other resources we have.
