I suddenly can't feel certain sensations?

I'm 17 and pretty inexperienced with anything sexual. I recently started doing things with clit to experiment and I could most times get the alleged sensations. I would also do these types of things with my boyfriend; nipple touching and clit rubbing usually worked quite well. Now, all of the sudden, neither do anything for me. I'm pretty attracted to my boyfriend and nothing has happened mentally to make me uncomfortable to it. What's going on?

Hi leafkenn, and welcome to the Scarleteen message boards.
I want to clarify something, first off - are you finding that you're not feeling much of anything at all, and that your clitoris or nipple feel numb? Or is it that you aren't feeling pleasure where you had before, and it just feels like touching any other body part?

Can you tell me how long this change has gone on for? It's common enough to just have short periods of time where you're not as turned on as other times, such as days or weeks. Our bodies just won't always feel the same and we won't always experience sexual pleasure, or the same level of it, day in and day out.

On the other hand, if it's been months or more, then we probably want to dig into this a bit more.
