so me and my sex went out for lunch and after we went to his house and we fell asleep well i woke up and he was on top of me i asked him to get of but he continued to pull down my pants i told him no but he continued to have his way with me i kept telling him no but he wouldnt stop is that considered rape?
sorry about how i worded it i didnt know how to anyother way .

Doing sexual things to someone else without their permission or against their will is sexual assault, or rape.

Your boyfriend/ex did sexual things to you without asking. Then when you woke up and told him to stop, he kept doing it anyway. So, yes, you are describing sexual assault.

Where would you like to take this from here? For one, are you safe and away from this person? can you be sure to stay away from this person?

Would you like to talk about reporting this crime, or getting other kinds of help or protection?

it happened a while ago but i have had it eating away at my mind i dont know if it would do any good to report it i dont really see him any more i have in the past but he lives in the next town over so its easy to stay away from him

Ah, I understand. I thought this was about something that happened today.

You do still have the option to report. You likely don't have any evidence to press charges with, but your report can help support any other reports anyone else he assaults or has assaulted may have made, be making now, or make in the future. People who rape rarely do it once. You also may find that it helps you find some resolution. Those are two ways reporting -- if that is something you want to do -- can still be of benefit.
