Pill + Heat

Hi guys. I was just wondering if you had any advice on carrying the pill during the hot weather. It's supposed to be more than thirty degrees Celsius tomorrow and I'm going to be out in the afternoon and evening and need to carry my pill with me. I normally put my pill in a small case or small, hard bag so it doesn't get crushed and then put it in my handbag. Will that suffice, even on hot days?

Sorry just to clarify, when I say I carry my pill in a case, I meant I take the entire packet with me and put that in a case.

Hi aj,

Yes, those precautions should be fine. If you're anxious about it, you can always talk to a pharmacist and see if they have any suggestions.
