I’m rarely home alone at this point but whenever I am I hop on my chance, I’m at a point where I don’t know what to do. I watch porn and touch myself and grind on things which always feels great but I NEVER cum. Is this normal?

It's certainly common. It can take people some time and sometimes a lot of experimenting to learn to be orgasmic and to find out what gets them there. But if what you're doing feels good to you physically and emotionally, a) you'll likely get there in time, and b) that's really most of the point. Orgasm only lasts a few seconds, after all, so feeling good throughout is really where it's at.
