is it normal to uncontrollably spaz and jerk during masturbation or sex ? it brings no pain but im afried when i have sex with a guy not a girl ill head but him. the jerking is from uncontrollable face movements to jerking upwards to head banging is this normal ?

Hi Kikiokitty,
Muscles spasming is a very regular part of pleasure and orgasming! Just like hiccups or sneezes we can't 100% control how they happen but we can direct the energy a little bit. If you find yourself making jerking movements when you have sex with partners you can find ways to position yourself so you have space to move when you need to.
