I want to understand from when will the pregnancy symptoms seem to start from the time of having sex and what are they?

Pregnancy symptoms can change and vary depending on what stage of the pregnancy a person is in. You can read more about that here: Pregnancy and Delivery: Super-Basic Edition.

I'd also suggest taking a look a this article, which talks about early symptoms: Chicken Soup for the Pregnancy Symptom Freakout's Soul. As that article notes, when we say "early symptoms," we're talking about symptoms in the first couple months of pregnancy, not in the first few days or the first few weeks. For most people, the first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Too, that article points out why relying on symptoms rather than a test to determine if you're pregnant is not a great idea, in part because many symptoms of early pregnancy are symptoms of many other things as well.
