Basically? If you feel like that's the right identity to you. What people usually mean -- and feel -- when they identify as bisexual, is that they can be sexually and/or romantically attracted to (interested in) people of more than one gender. If that sounds like you so far, and that's the word you want to use to identify yourself, then that's how you know. Make sense?
