paranoid and annoyed

Is it just me or when you are having a pregnancy scare everything you see on social media, the internet, commercials, ads, etc seem to be about pregnancy. I try to ignore it but it makes me afraid that it could be a "sign" or something.

Hi Meggyd18,

That is something we've had users report before, and there are actually a few reasons for it that aren't it being a sign. One is that, when something is occupying a lot of mental energy, we're more likely to notice things related to that topic than we were before, because we're already thinking about it.

And with the internet, if you've been doing online searches about pregnancy or pregnancy risks, it may actually be that trackers and similar are picking up on those searches and then placing ads related to the keyword "pregnancy" where you can see them.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
