Re: Prostate
Thank you for those articles Sam, but are there any video resources that could help me. I'm having difficulty using diagrams to locate my prostate.

Re: Prostate
I don't have a specific video to recommend, but it looks like a general youtube search for how to locate the prostate will turn up several options that explain the process with visual aids that you might find more helpful than a static illustration.

Re: Prostate
I was able to find a multitude of diagrams as to how to find your prostate just by googling how to find your prostate and going to images. Were those hard to understand?

Re: Prostate
Not hard to understand but hard to put into practice. I'm finding it difficult to locate it by myself. But I guess I just gotta keep trying

Re: Prostate
Something that might help is that most people's prostate becomes enlarged when they are aroused. Try spending a few minutes doing something that turns you on, then go hunting for it. You should be able to feel a walnut sized lump a short ways inside your rectum. Sometimes pushing on it feels really pleasurable but at first it may just feel like you have to urinate. If anything hurts then take it slower or stop!
