AFAB masturbation sleepiness

Hi! I am a 17 year old genderqueer afab person and I’ve noticed something I can’t really find references to elsewhere; 5/10 times I masturbate I will feel extremely sleepy (to the point of uncontrollably falling asleep) irregardless of the time of day or night. When I googled it I found solely male-specific articles. Is this a cause for concern, or is it unusual in any way? Thanks for this entire website, btw! It’s rly helpful

Thank you so much for those kind words. And nope, this isn't cause for concern. When you hit the "resolution" phase of your sexual response cycle, your body gets very relaxed, and sometimes that relaxed feeling takes the form of sleepiness. Too, if you were putting a lot of energy into masturbation, you can feel sleepy for the same reason you might feel sleepy after exercising.
