that day he told me he was done with my bullshit and he blocked me. yesterday i ended up in the hospital with medical issues and i am glad he is gone. i don’t have time to worry about stupid shit like dating. not that it’s bad hopefully i make so

While it might suck to have it end so abruptly, from what you were describing it sounds like this relationship ending was probably best for both of you. How has talking with your therapist been going?
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
