Mirena
I have had my Mirena in for about 4 weeks now. I can feel the strings like normal. Does this mean that it is working and definitely protecting me against pregnancy?

Re: Mirena
That it was inserted means you can rely on it, period. It still only protects against pregnancy, NOT any STIs, so condoms and other parts of safer sex are needed for that protection, just to be clear.
