I'm 14 and I'm getting bored with just the same old up and down with my hand on my hard penis . Any ideas or suggestions to spice it up?

Hi Datboi,

We really can't give specific suggestions about what might feel good to you, since everyone's bodies and preferences will be different. What we'd suggest is taking some time, when you're masturbating, to experiment with different kinds of touch and see what feels best. There are a few thoughts in this article to get you started: Going Solo: The Basics of Masturbation.

Hi Datboi,
People of any age can fantasize about a wide, wide variety of things. For the most part, as long as our fantasizes don't harm others, they are perfectly fine and an exciting way to explore our sexuality! We try not to label things as "normal" because "normal" is hard to define and a bit overrated! You can read more about it in this article - "Am I Normal? Who Cares!"
(In other words, no need to worry.)
