Name Change?

Hi! I'm wanting to socially transition more from FtX and I really want to change my name. However, I have a lot of doughts. I don't mind my birth name but I really like the name ivy. Is it okay to change my name just because it feels right? Or do I need a better reason?

Hey aven1861 -- quite simply, I can't think of a better reason than something feeling right for you. :D Even if you don't mind your birth name, the only thing that matters here is how you feel when you're called one name over the other. Here's a resource we have about social transitioning; it also has some information about legally changing your name if that's something you ever want eventually.
