Pregnancy scare

Hi,

Me and my gf had Outercourse session( with cloths, no penetration), I even had condom on. When I wore the condom I had touched my penis. But I haven't ejaculated before wearing the condom and didn't notice any precum.Later I rubbed her vagina with my hand. Can she get pregnant from this? We are worried about this pls help.
