Underaged consensual protected sex?

Hello scarleteen boards! I've just joined. And was wondering if I could see what your opinion is on underaged consensual sex. For me?, To be honest, I dont see anything wrong with it, As long as the involved parties use proper protection, know the risks and completely understand what they are doing, and are above 12. I think it is fine.

I love this website.

Also is this where I should post this?

As for our stance on underaged consensual sex, its tricky. The laws, at least in the US, do not do a great job at legislating consent and there are some issues with how Age of Consent laws are used and applied. Our top priority is that all of our users remain safe, informed, and supported. So, we suggest that our users do their best to mind them, specifically for folks that may be marginalized in any way, since there can be legal and social repercussions.

Yeah, The internet/libraries dont do such a good job either. Im in new zealand. So there is no hope for me. No romeo and juliet laws either.

Well I just gotta wait 3 more years. :/ And then me and my maybe girlfriend can get involved.

For me myself. Just 2 years.

And I see why people dont allow for underaged consensual sex. Most kids dont understand what they are getting into when they do that. And if they don't do "it" properly it can cause major repercussions and cause them to regret it later in life.

But if both parties TRULY understand the risks. And TRULY know what they are doing. And understand what CONSENT is (a big YES from both parties) And if they use proper protection and know how to get medical care. Sounds good to me. Obviously not everyone would agree with me and that statement. But I believe everyone should be entitled to their opinion.

As for laws worldwide. They need to adjust to the modern world, And all of its lovely people and ethnicities.

Laws are so outdated. Right now I could grab my phone. Go look at some pictures of people naked. Is that illegal if there was consent surrounding when that picture was taken? Would I get in trouble for enjoying that picture?

Hey, Would I get in trouble with the law, If my maybe girlfriend placed my hand on her chest? For age inappropriate behavior? Even though I would like (love) for that scenario to happen. And theoretically she consented as well. What if all the supposedly taboo subjects where a little less, You know. Taboo? LIke for instance, Saying, Sex, Boob, Penis, STD, Condom, Intercourse, Porn, Masturbation, Gay, Queer, Trans, Anal, Abortion.Those words would make the average teen cringe. The world should not be like that, And like. Clothing was designed originally to keep us warm, And now it has loads of functions, Should naked people also be frowned upon in modern society. Where porn (which I know is literally like a movie, Fake and for the most part, Uncaring) Is frowned upon.

Its only natural after all. All young people should have access to websites and books like this one. And have proper health care. Love, And self love shouldn't be Taboo.

Im 14. And "she" is 13. If I asked her "Hey can I touch.." Or "Umm.. I would really love to..." and she said YES. And she truly understood what I wanted and what she wanted, And agreed to what she knows would be illegal. If she then asked if I had a condom (if necessary, depends on which activity we would engage in) and I had one, Which my dad got me. And then me and my maybe girlfriend engaged in a sexual activity. Would I get arrested? Would she get arrested? Should we feel guilty? Should we be scarred for life? Lots of questions about laws, Not many answers from the law.

Love is love. Knowledge should be accessible for everyone.

I am 14, And would prefer not to wait 3 Years to touch her breasts without getting into trouble, Is that such a bad thing?..

Hey, Sorry about this problem. I know there may be two accounts used by (idk if you can see it, But this computer. And similar emails) But one is me, And the other was created by my brother. You can delete his one. (he will create his own with his own email later. And would only post dumb stuff with it, Like the problematic one) TheBoop! can be deleted. Sorry for any inconvenience.
