About 3 weeks ago i headed on one of my devices and started going on a porn spree theres a lot of stuff on twitter and my private web browser but i felt incredibly ashamed and deleted both and swore not to watch or view that stuff until i was 18 but today i got access to a computer and went on a bunch of websites (incognito) but the wifi will still show it's history! My parents are pretty chill saying stuff like "i would rather you be looking up boobs then gore" but if they found out they either would talk about it or just ignore it and let me explore more do you know how to stop the spree of watching porn after trying not too?

I think a useful starting place with this is to figure out what you were after when you started watching it, especially the second time when you knew it had left you feeling ashamed the previous time. Was it curiosity? Were you feeling aroused already and looking for a way to engage with those feelings? Something else entirely?
