did i have an orgasm?

hey again scarleteen! i (afab) am kind of confused right now, because i'm really not in tune with what my body likes, and i was really just doing whatever while masturbating, but an orgasm came so fast it was actually a tad disappointing LOL. i was almost feeling contractions down there, and i felt a wave of cold, and i think a bit of nausea? though it was good nausea. it sounds like an orgasm to me, but the thing is i'm almost positive i've experienced an orgasm before, and it wasn't quite like that; no wave of cold or nausea, just shaking and contractions.

so, i have two questions: is it possible/common to orgasm in less than 5 minutes, and can orgasms feel different on different days? i was under the impression that everyone experienced orgasms in their own ways, sure, but that the sensation would be like, their permanent "thing" that they would feel every time.

Yep, it's possible for orgasms to happen pretty quickly, and that's one of the many parts of orgasm that varies not only from person to person, but for a given person from day to day. Similarly, how an orgasm feels can also vary from instance to instance for a given person; some days it will feel really intense, other days pretty mild, some days you might feel your limbs shaking and others not, and so on.
