IF YOU ARE POSTING TO ASK IF YOU SHOULD USE EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION:

Please do not wait on us if you may need or want EC (like the morning-after pill). Because it is most effective the sooner it is taken or administered, we suggest that you go ahead and get it, and if you want to talk to someone about whether or not you choose to use it, we can do that with you after. That way, you have it ASAP if you do decide you want or need to use it. <3

Anxiety about pregnancy scare

Unread post by cxxxxxxxz »

So hi I’m here again, I just wanna ask if stress and anxiety because of having a pregnancy scare can cause you to delay your menstruation and thinking that you have symptoms (even tho you don’t have). Btw thank you so much for answering my last question, I really appreciate it!!

Hi cxxxxxxxz,

Yes, any kind of stress or anxiety can impact the timing of your menstruation. You can read more about this here: M.I.A or, Dude, Where's My Period? in paragraph 6. Let me know if you have any further questions or if you want to discuss this further, we're here for you!
