Sea sick after masturbation

Every time I masturbate it feels good in the moment but once I’m done I feel nauseous and sea sick. I don’t know why I don’t think I feel any shame. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Why is it happening? Am I broken?

Both I think but I’m not certain. It might be just after orgasm

One thing that could be at play here is that you're reacting to the increase in sex hormones that comes with arousal. We're not endocrinologists, so we can't speak too much to that option, but it's possible there's an underlying hormonal imbalance that becomes more noticeable when you're aroused. Would you be comfortable telling a healthcare provider what's going on?

There is also some evidence that dehydration can cause nausea after sex or masturbation, so if you don't tend to drink much water, that could also be playing a role here.
