Delaying masturbation

Hi, my masturbation was not as pleasant as my first time. In the past month while I was on vacation I didn't masturbated until I backed to home, after that, I found out if I don't masturbate for a while I will have more enjoyable masturbation.

But the problem is that my body wants me to masturbate after couple of hours but I'd like to do it after a long time(something between 7 hours-1 day)
So how can I delay my masturbation?

I would say it's normal for your body to feel this way at your age; you are going through many changes. Maybe have dedicated days for when you would like to masturbate and rotate them every so often so you don't get bored and you don't get into too much of a routine.
