Hi, 16 year old AFAB here.
I've been masturbating for a few years and have found that sometimes when I masturbate, I get this tight feeling in my chest and feel light-headed until I stop, and it makes me feel sick. It'll come on out of nowhere even when I'm experiencing pleasure.
Anyone know why this is or how to not have it happen?
