Question about the username policy

Hi when I first made an account on the main site a few months ago I thought that account would cover both the message board and the main site then I tried to sign into the message board with that account but that didn't work so I made the " Someone" account thinking that my original account had a glitch in it. I wasn't trying to create a false persona I just was confused with the system is there anyway that I could get my username changed on the main site? I haven't posted anything there and I wasn't aware that I was breaking any rules and I apologize.

There's nothing to worry about, Someone. As long as you don't have two -- or more -- different accounts for the boards that's okay. And thanks, we really appreciate your concern for the rules of this site.
