My boyfriend and I have been dating for more than a year. We have had sex many times before and everything was great! But just recently I started to feel nervous about it and didn't want to do it. Now when we try I become very nervous and a little scared and will cry. I have no idea why I am doing this and have only done it the last two times we have tried. He is the most loving man in the world and always stops and says we can wait. But I want to pleasure him, as well as myself. Should I talk to a therapist or?

I know that I can get weird feelings about sex when my mental health is playing up.
