Can the Gyno tell if I've masterbated?
I'm 13 yrs old (Female) and Ive masterbated a few times before. I didn't think anything of it until I realized that I have to go to the doctor for a physical in a few months. So I started doing a bunch of research. They said they may not be able to tell unless its red or darker than usual in the area.

Hi there!
Your gynecologist should be a safe person to talk to about masturbation if you choose to!
However you are also fine not to tell them if you don't want to, and whatever research told you about change in color is untrue - there's no way of knowing whether or not somebody masturbates just by doing a physical exam.
