I've been anxious again
After a period where everything seemed to be fine with my pregnancy fear after anything sexual with my boyfriend, the fear presented itself again, this month I didn't even have any penetrative sex but my mind wandered again into thoughts of precum on hands etc... also we did rub genitals while I had underwear and he didn't but he never ejaculated. This happened when I was ovulating (I learned how to track it and I'm usually able to predict when my period is coming. But then my mind says "I know that with underwear there's no risk but what if they shifted a bit, what if some precum ended up on my vulva anyways.
Other than that I started to read again some posts here and one person said that those situations are low risks but then heather stepped in and said that it is a no chance situation so I got confused again. I know it's my anxiety speaking but I'm waiting for my period these days, I've been having symptoms but it's not coming

Re: I've been anxious again
Hi Sandrah,
I hear you that you’re anxious about this again, but we cannot engage in any more talk about situations that do not pose a risk to pregnancy. However, we can certainly talk about how your therapy is going, and what sort of strategies you’ve been using to manage this anxiety when you have it. Are those things you’d want to talk about instead?
