The legality of parents buying sex toys for their children seems to be a bit of a gray area, so we couldn't advise on that for sure. However, it is legal for you to buy a toy online or in a department store yourself. Since your mother is willing to help with this, what would you think of asking her to give you some money in the form of a gift/debit card? That way, you'll be able to make the purchase on your own.

I have money to buy it but I am new to stuff like this, I don't have a debit card though. That is why I asked if she was able to get it.

If you have the funds and feel comfortable visiting something like a department store, then you should be able to purchase them yourself. Different stores have different policies, so I wouldn't worry about it being a legal issue as much as a store policy issue. Worst case, they just tell you that you cannot purchase the item.

Whether or not your mom is willing to help you in this way is really up to her, though, so I would definitely have a direct conversation with her regarding this question. She can also help in researching the restrictions where you live, specifically.
