Why are women’s nipples always hard in tv shows/movies?
As someone who has more puffy looking nipples, I never understood why women’s nipples on tv were always hard? Unless the set was cold during shooting, I’m jealous of it. I fear mine are ugly and only look good when im cold. My areolas are the size of a pepperoni and I don’t have large breasts so that doesn’t help matters.

Hi there, Distinctdoll--welcome to the boards!
Don't compare yourself to people you see on screen. There is a lot of variation in how people's bodies work, but it is very normal for nipples to not always be hard. This is true even when someone is aroused, but as you know, nipples can become that way for other reasons, like friction, nervousness, or the environment being cold. If you've noticed that women's nipples are always erect in TV shows and movies, that is probably because the people involved in filming put a lot of effort into crafting a believable fantasy for their audience. The process of achieving that can be very unrealistic and artificial, and often has more to do with what they think the audience will like than what the actors involved are experiencing.
For example, in sexual scenes between two people, the actors might be expected to seem like they are really attracted to each other and feeling a lot of pleasure, including by showing physical signs associated with arousal, like nipple hardness. But they do not have to actually be aroused, and often if the actors are, they will take a break from filming. When a scene needs nipples to be erect, the people working on the film or show will often plan for some kind of stimulation that makes them so, or they will edit the scene later.
I think popular media can sometimes give us a distorted and limited sense of what other people could find attractive about us. It is perfectly fine to have nipples that are not always hard and large areolas. They do not have to come with large breasts to look good.
How does that sound to you? Do you still have concerns about your body?
Do you think being able to see how other people's bodies look would help you feel better about your own? If it would, this gallery has pictures of breasts in non-sexualized contexts: https://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php (Just keep in mind that the information about porn addiction isn't something I would fully recommend)
