Pregnancy chances/PMS Symptoms
If I peed at least once after my previous ejaculation, which happened on january 30th, and an incident where I rubbed my girlfriends clit/slightly put my fingers in her vagina with potential precum on my fingers happened on January 31st, and my girlfriend was supposed to be in the first day of her fertile window, and she supposedly ovulated on february 4th or 5th, since around then, shes been having nightmares/bad dreams, and today is February 10th, what are the chances of her getting pregnant? Are the nightmares being caused by pms or implantation/early pregnancy? The past few days shes also been moody, irritable, and emotionally, and today, she had a stomach ache/potential bloating. She felt as if she needed to be sick, but wasn nauseous. Is that bloating? Is this being caused by implantation/early pregnancy or regular pms/luteal phase symptoms? Are women usually like this during implantation? What are the chances/odds of her being pregnant?

Re: Pregnancy chances/PMS Symptoms
Hi Reese, welcome to the boards.
So from your post, this is what I've gathered: you ejaculated on January 30 during sex and peed. The next day (January 31), you had manual sex with your girlfriend. Am I correct?
Since you mentioned that you had "potential precum on [your] fingers," can you let me know if you also ejaculated on the 31st when having sex with your girlfriend? I asked for clarification here, because if you've peed and washed your hands on the 30th after you ejaculated, and you didn't ejaculate on the 31st when fingering your girlfriend, the chances of pregnancy should be nonexistent here.
You might find this article useful (The Pregnancy Panic Companion), especially this part:

Re: Pregnancy chances/PMS Symptoms
On the 30th, i masturbated, which is why I ejaculated. I wasn't with my girlfriend that day. I then peed at least once after that. Then, on the 31st, I touched myself and exposed my hands to precum, but I didn't actually ejaculate until after she finished, and I didn't touch her after she finished. Everything was manual and not penis-in-vagina sex. Could there be any potential sperm in the precum that I was exposed to on the 31st? Are the symptoms of moodiness, irritability, emotional sensitivity, stomach ache/bloating and nightmares that she's been experiencing since the 4th or 5th when she ovulated pms/luteal phase symptoms or early pregnancy symptoms?

Re: Pregnancy chances/PMS Symptoms
If your partner is pregnant, and that is why she is having those issues, then a pregnancy test would be positive by now. So, if you want to know the answer to that question, then she will need to take a pregnancy test. We cannot ever tell anyone if something is or isn't a symptom of pregnancy without knowing if they are pregnant or not .
Like the link char shared with you -- which I'd suggest you take time to look at -- says, what you are reporting here is not something at all likely to result in a pregnancy. As well, pregnancy takes a while to actually occur after there has been a realistic risk. It is something that takes close to a week to happen, not something that happens instantly, and impacts of pregnancy like mood changes and bloating do not tend to occur in very early pregnancy. This is why most people do not have any clue they have become pregnant until they have missed a period or two.
Too, please know that unless someone has been diligently charting not just their periods, but the things one needs to chart -- and then later themselves analyze, or analyze with the help of a fertility professional -- to reliably know when they ovulate, they will not likely have an accurate idea of when they are ovulating. I know some period tracking apps claim they can give that information, but those are false claims.
It sounds to me like both you and your partner would be comforted by seeing the negative result a pregnancy test will undoubtedly give you, so my best advice is for her to take a test so you can put this worry to bed. It also sounds like moving forward, you'll both feel a lot better if you just wash your hands before touching her genitals, which is always a good idea anyway, just from the standpoint of preventing bacterial infections.
