aching testicles after sex

Unread post by leaflet owo »

Heyyy

I'm a girl born with a penis (transfem as most would call it) and I have noticed this pattern with my testicles that I just want to check out. So i have never penetrated anyone (nor plan on doing so but that is a story for another day) but when I am feeling frisky and am really close to another girl i get really hard (that's not the concern). The concern is that after we finish my testicles start to ache. like, literally ache. what does / could that mean? My guess is that there is semen trapped in there that wants to get out and so i masturbate on my own later and I really hate it. Does anyone have any ideas on what that could mean? I really don't want to to that but if feels like if I don't release it it would hurt more later. But it doens't just stop hurting then, it takes a bit to disperse.

Thank you for your help!

Hi there, Leaflet!

I'd like to ask a few questions to make sure I understand what is happening.
  • Do you ejaculate/release semen when you have sex with other people?
  • How long does the pain last, in your estimation? (Both when you masturbate and when you don't)
  • When you have sex, are your testicles touched or manipulated in any way?

Hi Latha, thank you for your response!

To answer your questions:
Yes, I ejaculate a little bit, but not on purpose (reminder it's not "sex" with all the typical stuff, for me it's just the intimacy of the moment, which usually involves kissing and shirts/bras off, but for me never my pants and especially not the underwear)
It's not "pain" pain, but more like and ache. It usually lasts a few hours (2-4?) if I don't touch it, and maybe an hour if I do? I don't have a clear timeline because the amount of closeness/intamicy is different each time, which I'm pretty sure corolates to the amount of aching.
No. well... Sometimes we wrap legs together and they get pressed to her legs right? But I never want them doing anything down there.

Thank you!

hey leaflet,
what this sounds like to me is vasocongestion, which a lot of folks know as "blue balls." This article gets into the details of why and what and who (all types of bodies, btw, not just ones with testicles): FBI Files: Vasocongestion, AKA: Blue Balls. It isn't a buildup of semen or trapped semen, rather, high blood volume and narrowed blood vessels (much better described in the article).

Can you read that and let us know if that sounds accurate to your experience with this discomfort/pain?

Yeah that sounds a lot like this feeling!

It's interesting to know that females feel it too, thats a nice fun fact. Ig i could be like "it's vascocongestion" and overlook the conversation about balls. Thank you so muhc guys!
