Masturbation Barriers Other Than Underwear?
Hello! First time poster. Hopefully the title makes sense, not sure what to call it other than a barrier.
I have a vulva and masturbate by rubbing through my underwear, directly touching grosses me out, but I have concerns about how sanitary that is and having to change underwear is a hassle I'm tired of. I'm wondering if there's any alternatives that anyone uses, maybe like disposable gloves or something else I haven't thought of?

Hi violet3175! Happy to have you here on the boards. First of all, would you mind sharing how and why directly touching your vulva has been making you uncomfortable? I'm asking so I could get an understanding of the kind of sensations you find pleasurable. Rubbing your vulva (including the clitoris) through underwear isn't unsanitary provided that you regularly change it. It's also good practice in general to change your underwear after some time of wearing.
I can't answer for everyone, since what works for some people may not work for others, but has other forms of clitoral stimulation like pillow humping worked for you? Also, are you open to trying sex toys that can stimulate the clitoris and other parts of the vulva? If buying a sex toy isn't an option for you, you might want to try DIY options.

Sorry I was so vague in this post! It's a sensory thing, pubic hair is scratchy and the fluids aren't pleasant, underwear helps to lessen those issues, otherwise the touching is a-okay. And I do change underwear regularly, idk I just hate doing so after masturbating cause it feels like a waste? My brain is weird.
I tried pillow humping once but it didn't provide the pressure I prefer, though maybe I wasn't in the best physical position with it? I've never tried sex toys, I'm unemployed and broke right now so it'd have to be something I can whip up at home.

No worries, violet.
I don't see that masturbating with your underwear on -- and over them -- is an issue save having to do more laundry, so if that's working for you, I really wouldn't sweat it. But if you want an alternative, I wonder if you think wearing latex (or nonlatex, if you're allergic or sensitive to latex) gloves might make masturbation without underwear workable for you?
