But how do adults host sex parties/orgies? Im not doing it but i just wonder how its done

Just like there's no one way to arrange a date or a sexual interaction, and no one way to arrange a non-sexual party, there's no way that people do this.

Sometimes this is spontaneous for people, much like sex can be spontaneous when people are out and meet one partner, other times it's negotiated in advance by people asking people they know are or might be interested, other times it's more of a community organizing effort. Sometimes (and ideally) no matter how it starts, everyone sits down first and makes very clear boundaries, asks and expectations, other times not so much.

But really, there's just no way to answer this because there are too many variables and too much diversity.
