fingering
I (F, 18) am seeing someone (FTM, 18) and I want to pleasure them through fingering. I have never fingered anyone of any gender. He has been on T for some time - I'm not sure if that affects fingering? I want to know how I can finger him sorry if this is super weird idk who else to ask

The best place to start is to ask your partner what he finds pleasurable. Some trans guys really enjoy fingering and others don't (which is also true for anyone with a vagina, honestly!) Some trans guys also find that fingering can trigger their dysphoria, so it might not be something they're interested in exploring at all. You could try telling your partner that you would enjoy touching his genitals and ask him what kind of touch he does on himself, if any. He will absolutely be the number one expert on his body.
If fingering specifically is something that your partner wants, my main recommendation would be to make sure you use plenty of lube, because one of the side effects of testosterone is vaginal dryness. You might find this article useful: Trans Summer School: Testosterone
