im so ugly.
i cannot fathom that i am a male, but not a cool one, just an ugly male, i got the thinnest body and a ugly face... what do you think is wrong with me?

Adam, welcome to the boards. I'm glad you're here, but I'm sorry that what's brought you here is you feeling bad about yourself.
Beauty standards aren't universal: they are historical, cultural, frequently have a whole lot to do with capitalism, and, most of all, tend to be very, very personal and individual. What you find beautiful or ugly, or what someone else does, can be completely different things. It's all a matter of opinion, though, including you thinking this way about yourself.
How can we help you with this? I can't tell if you're also asking for help when it comes to your gender identity -- you say you can't fathom you're male -- but if you let us know more specifically what you want help with and how we can help. I'll hop right on it.
