I have a few questions, but first I will share the details. The woman's Last Menstrual Period (LMP) was on August 7, 2026, and the last sexual activity was on August 11, 2026. Her normal cycle is 28 days.
So, there was a wet spot on my underwear caused by precum that soaked through from the inside. Then, the woman touched the underwear at the wet spot.
After a few minutes, she touched her own genitals until she reached orgasm. However, she said she did not insert her finger, only stimulated her clitoris.

The questions are: Is there any risk of pregnancy from this? Is there any possibility that the sperm was still alive?

There is no risk of pregnancy here. Sperm is not viable after a number of second in the open air so the timing of this activity, as well as the minimal contact of pre-ejaculate fluid to her genitals makes the chance of pregnancy here extremely low. Hi haileywilliams. Pre-ejaculation fluid does not contain as many sperm as ejaculation would. Once the hand is exposed to air, these sperm cells lose the ability to cause pregnancy.
