Why can't I think about anything while I masturbate?

So whenever I masturbate I can't seem to think of anything while I do and i don't know why.
I would like to think about stuff but whenever I start masturbating my brain just blanks I still like masturbating but its kind of annoying yknow?

I do see how that would be frustrating. By my estimation, it is also not that unusual--holding on to and developing engaging fantasies can be hard to do all on your own. A lot of the time, people rely on their memories or on sexual media to give them something to think about while they masturbate.

The problem for me isn't the fact that I can't think about it at all its that when I do and start to masturbate I forget what I was thinking about entirely and get distracted? I have a good imagination and daydream a lot and love reading so it would seem like this would be easy but it's just hard ig. I read the article and most of the Stuff was helpful but its also a little bit hard to be insanely compelled because I get worried my parents or someone else will walk in on me I have considered making a sign or something that says to knock but idk its happened before but they didn't notice just another worry that kinda occupys my mind It makes it so I have to be quiet ish.
