Cramps
Well whenever i get excited or butterflies i have been cramping in my lower abdomen? I dont know much about my vagina and the female body, im trying to learn more but searching it up feels a little unsafe and plus my parents can see it too so i feel kinda embarrassed, i shouldn’t because they are so supportive of everything i do and i know this isnt a bad thing, but i do feel embarrassed. Any ideas on what this cramp might be?

First I just wanted to ask if your parents track your search history? And if you feel safe posting here given that?
As for your question, I am afraid I can’t tell you exactly what that cramping might be, our bodies react in many different ways to emotions and feeling, especially strong ones like excitement. But unless it is causing you pain or discomfort it doesn’t sound like something that should be an issues.
We have many articles that might be helpful in learning more about your body and sexuality and we are happy to recommend them to you, I just wanted to check about your safety first.
