no risk of pregnancy .. period a week late
I did not have sex, no penis was in or near my vagina, i swallowed the sperm, the remainder of the pre cum or sperm on my hand was wiper off on a napkin or washed off with hot water.. where on earth is my period!? Ive had slight cramps that felt like period cramps..

We can't know any more than you can what is up with your period.
When did you expect it, and what is that expectation based on? Do you chart your periods (and, assuming they are regular), to have a god sense of both when to expect them, but also how much variation there can be in your cycles?
