Is my penis size normal for a 15 year old?

I am 15 years old and my penis while flaccid is 4 inches and while errect is 6 inches and is about 1 inch in girth is this normal

Yep sounds normal! Penis size and shape varies wildly, and they keep growing and changing well into your late teens or early twenties. Often they'll grow faster in length than in girth too.
