Hi,
I've used the live chat a couple times and I've noticed that the previous chat I had is above the current one so I can view it. Can the other person also view the previous chat I had or is it just me?

Hi arrivederci,

Yep, the person working the chat can also see the history! That helps us provide better support for users, because we can look and see what things have already been tried in previous conversations, or if there's history that we need to be aware of (like trauma) so a user isn't stuck repeating themselves.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
