can I use food for oral sex ?

say if I were going down on a girl, can I use food? Meaning like whipped cream of like honey? Would that give a bad reaction or something like that? I just want to make oral sex enjoyable not just for me but for my partner.

Also, since I'm a guy when receiving should I wear a condom? to be safe. Are bare skin condoms okay for situations like these?
