I know I've been asking alot of questions but i have an important one i can't stop watching porn for 20-100 mins a day and i know that i am not supposed to i talked to my mom and she just said yah that's fine you are experimenting but just know it's not very realistic, but i still feel wrong about it

So, if you feel like you're watching porn to a degree that it's getting in the way of other things you need to do, is making you uncomfortable, or is feeling more like a compulsion than something you do out of desire and curiosity, then it would be sound to find ways to take a break from it.

Do you have the ability to block or otherwise restrict the places you watch it? Too, do you notice you tend to watch it when you're feeling a certain way (aroused, bored, etc)?

Also, do you experience difficulty diverting your attention from the desire to watch porn? For instance, when you want to watch porn, are you able to just pick up another activity (read a book, watch a movie, take a walk, draw/paint, etc.) or does the want to watch porn stay on your mind even while you do other things?

What are other activities I have found joy in before I started watching porn? What are some things I'd like to do but haven't done because I have been watching porn? What do I want my personal sex and relationship life to look like?
