Hi aceyaya,

So, the hymen isn't something that can be "popped" per se. In fact, the hymen isn't quite what many of us imagine it to be. You can read about that more here:

That said, manual sex can cause some bleeding, but that's usually do to lack of lubrication and the corona becoming irritated or torn. I'm a little concerned that you are unclear on what actually happened. Did you and he discuss what you planned on doing together before you started being sexual?
