Haven’t had a relationship since middle school.

As the title suggests I haven’t had a relationship since middle school if that could even be considered as such. I feel terrified to talk to new people or people in general, especially girls. I’m 17 in senior year of high school and don’t know how to go about starting a relationship or who to even talk to. I’m too scared to even talk to anyone in search of a relationship. At this point I think I’m going to be alone forever. Sorry if this is more of rambling than even a question or discussion topic, idek at this point.

Would you tell us a bit more about what makes you feel afraid? Do these fears make it difficult for you to make friends as well, or are they focused on romantic relationships?
